Dissolved Gas Analyzers

CSL offers a simple inexpensive unit Model CSL:DGA-7045 for transformer oil dissolved gas analysis. The system consists of gas extraction unit. to extract the gases from the transformer oil. The oil is stirred during extraction under vacuum at a temperature of 80 to 90 Deg C by employing a magnetic stirrer. The volume of gas is measured. The Model CSL:DGA-7045 is specially tailored for thisanalysis. It consists of FID and TCD detectors with suitable columns such that Methane, Ethane, Ethylene, etc are separated out and detected by FID, CO and CO2 is converted in to methane by methanator unit and detected by FID. Hydrogen is detected through TCD using argon as carrier gas. With unique system design and integration software the whole operation and complete analysis is completed in 15 minutes. Calibration gas standards required for the unit comes in two mixtures one having hydrocarbons and the other having hydrogen CO and CO2. CSL offers complete system with calibration gases, carrier gas along with gas extraction unit and chromatographic unit. We also under take the analysis of DGA in our lab.

Super critical CO2 gas Extraction Of active ingredients from plants

Super critical fluid extraction is very exciting technology. Since super critical fluid co2 have tremendous capacity to dissolve flavors fragrances & active ingredients, from medicinal plants and other organic & inorganic materials. The technique has got huge potential for extracting flavors, active material fragrances from biomaterials. This technology will be come significant alternative to extraction by distillations.

We Offers complete system for supercritical co2 extraction. System consist to co2 pump up to 400 kg/cm2 pressure, extraction pressure vessels, pressure regulators, refrigeration unit for co2 gas, gas cylinders etc. The extraction vessel is made of 304 ss with pressure rating up to 700 kg/cm2. The volume of pressure vessel can be selected from 250 ml to 10ltrs. Higher volume extraction vessels can also be manufacture as per customer requirement. The cost of the system with 10-liter extraction vessel is available from rs. 5 lakh onwards. The system can be used for extraction of herbs, flowers, fragrances, spices, oil, natural food colors, and natural pesticides etc.

Gas Leak Detector (SF6)

CSL LM 293 is a sensitive SF6 Leak Meter that can measure SF6 Leak at PPB levels. The unit is based on Electron Capture Detector combined with the state of the Art Electronics. This rugged Unit is meant for Shop Floor or field operation. Quick detection of leaks is achieved by mounting the detector and associated Electronics in a hand held gun assembly, which is connected to the portable base unit through a long cable. This ensures a guaranteed response time of less than 3 seconds and provides a visual and audible alarm when the tracer Gas is detected.

The Helium Dewars are designed and built for reliable transport. They are light, maneuverable and durable, while providing superior thermal performance.

The unique neck tube design provides proven support during transportation. The outboard caster base provides maximum stability in a compact design.

Available in sizes ranging from 60 to 500 liters.

The Helium Dewars are suitable for air transport with the optional absolute pressure relief valve.

All models are 100% non-magnetic for Magnetic Resonance Imagery (MRI) service.

The Helium Dewar’s controls are conveniently located on the top, with nesting fill couplings to accept various standard transfer line sizes.

The optional electric pressure builder can quickly increase pressure for liquid transfer while maintaning low heat leak.

It has two pre-set ranges (4 or 8 psig / 0,3 or 0,6 bar) for efficient liquid helium withdrawal.

In our effort and commitment to continuous improvement, and to improve safety in compressed gas cylinder handling, We are pleased to announce that our New state-of-the-art cylinder maintenance and validation facility is fully operational

This facility is the only full-service provider in the region for revalidating and testing of high pressure and low pressure compressed gas cylinders including Fire extinguisher as per requirement of CCOE & International standard; although many small independent testing stations are involved in cylinder testing without required standard equipment and procedure.

    Our Services include:
  • Hydro (hydrostatic) testing up to 10,000 psig (by direct expansion method) for high pressure cylinders and CO2 fire extinguishers
  • "Proof test" to 900psig for Low pressure cylinders and fire Extinguishers
  • Internal cleaning and drying
  • External dry ice blasting (environmentally friendly) and painting

All above services are carried out under strict supervision of CCOE approved licensed Inspector.
